An accounting graduate from the University of Ado – Ekiti, She also holds her MBA degree from the University of Calabar.

With over eight years banking experience as a Relationship Manager of Major Independent Marketers like Matrix Energy, Lister Oils Limited, Nanoil, Aime Nigeria Limited, Beracah Lubrications Limited, Egerton Resources Limited etc.

She has worked with the defunct Chartered Bank, MBC International Bank, First Bank and FinBank Plc before joining the Company.

She oversees the affairs of the company.

A Business Management and Public Administration graduate of West London College, England and Lagos State University. Chief Mbulu worked as a Customs Officer for over ten years before he resigned to establish his company, Contact International Nigeria Limited which is into shipping, clearing and forwarding business.

A graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ado – Ekiti. He immediately delved into business with a two year working experience with Multifavours Nigeria Limited, an importer of vehicles and auto parts. Mr. Olusola commenced the Oil & Gas Business about five years ago with Job Orders from Royal Salt Limited and UTC Nigeria Limited and Dangote Sugar Plc.

Hauwau was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2006 after graduating from the Nigerian Law School and the University of Lagos with a degree in Law.
She has worked both as counsel in traditional law firms and with companies in the banking and insurance sectors from where she has garnered much experience in corporate governance and compliance, corporate secretarial service and legal risk management.

Prior to joining Bridgefield, Hauwau had worked with Primera Microfinance Bank as the Head of Governance and Compliance where she managed the compliance risk of the company as well as being the liaison between the Board, the Company Secretaries and other entities responsible for corporate governance processes.

Before Primera MFB, Hauwau was redeployed from Tangerine Life Insurance Limited to become the Head Legal and Chief Compliance Officer of Tangerine Money MFB where she was responsible for building from scratch and managing the company’s legal and compliance department including strengthening its relationship with its chief regulator.

While at Tangerine Life Insurance Limited where she was also the Head of Legal and Compliance, she led the company’s compliance journey with respect to the Data Protection laws of Nigeria.
Before joining the Tangerine Group, Hauwau was Company Secretary at Letshego MFB and also managed the Legal Services and Regulatory Compliance department.

Hauwau is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria(CIBN).

Hauwau is motivated by the opportunity to learn something new and make a difference. Her personal and professional life is characterised by innovation, experimentation, and creativity. Designing, food, healthcare, social media, and education – are all subjects close to her heart and pursued through hobbies and volunteer work.
